About the Architect and His Partners


ARCH. NOEL M. CARAMOAN, graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Technological Institute of the Philippine. In 1998 and became a registered Architect a year later. An active student leader during his college days held top position being the President of his Department and Vice President of the Student Council.

After taking up the Board he learned more architectural experience at C.D. ARGUELLES & ASSOCIATES where he becaome a project architect, designer, preparing detailed architectural plans, specifications and schematic design studies. Coordinating with the engineers in preparing cost estimates, and monitoring the lates technical innovation in the construction industry.
His responsibilities also included the reviews of final detailed architectural plans and bid documents for purposes of minimizing variation orders during the construction phase.

He is member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce in Industry.
THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN DEPARTMENT is headed by Arch. Merseirann A. Riguis graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Adamson University in 2004. A registered architect, he design local projects such as high-rise buildings, coliseum, commercial buildings, malls and sports center.

He earned more experiences from Koga Global Builders & Robinsons Land Corporation.
He directly supervises all the projects of the company including the design and documentation.
THE CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT is headed by Arch. Loriben P. Marasigan and Engr. Leonardo A. Garcia.

Arch. Lorieben P. Marasigan graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Adamson University in 2005. A registered Architect, she gained here experiences from DDT Kontruct Inc. where she handled numerous project such as Lancaster Suites Tower and 4R Storey Condominum Building, the San Lazaro BPO, 14 Storey Building. Her responsibilities to the company is to handle construction projects, evaluate biddings, documentation and supervision.

Engr. Leonardo L. Garcia – graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1969. A registered Civil Engineer, he gained experiences from renowned companies such as; Envirocon, CB Garay Builders, Markbuilt and others.
His responsibilities to the company is to prepare structural design, project management, cost estimates, feasibility studies, bid forms and coordinating with the project engineers at the site.

Some of his works includes: Construction of Federal Housing Project, a 24 hectares subdivision built with complate amenities, roads, waterlines, draining systems, supervision of Sheraton Hotel in Nigeria a 25 storey building complete with amenities and drainage system.

The other members of the team are Engr. Lutgardo Pasos, Structural Engineer, Eng. Jopy Pasos, Master Planner, Engr. Alfredo Santos, Project Engineer, Engr. Melbert Mendoza, Electrical Engineer, Eng. Dante Ramones, Supervisor and Jesus Ramones, Project Coordinator.
